비지배주주란 뭘까?

비지배주주란, 상장기업에서 지분을 소유하고 있지만, 기업을 지배하는 권한이 없는 주주를 말합니다. 즉, 기업의 경영에 대한 결정권과 지배력을 가지지 않으며, 기업의 이익을 추구하는 대신 지분을 보유하여 기업의 이익을 공유할 수 있습니다.

비지배주주를 비유적으로 설명해보자면, 예를 들어, 누군가가 가족의 가계부에 일정한 금액을 출자하였다고 가정해봅시다. 이 경우, 출자한 사람은 가족의 지배권과 결정권은 없지만, 출자한 금액에 따라 가족의 경제적 이익을 일정 비율만큼 공유할 수 있습니다.
