배당평가 모형

배당평가모형은 기업이 배당하는 주식의 가치를 산정하기 위한 방법 중 하나입니다. 이 모형은 기업의 배당 수익률과 이자율을 비교하여 기업의 주식이 적정 가격인지 판단하는 방법입니다.

예를 들어, 두 개의 기업 A와 B가 있다고 가정해봅시다. 기업 A는 배당 수익률이 5%이고 이자율이 3%인 반면, 기업 B는 배당 수익률이 4%이고 이자율이 6%입니다. 이 경우, 기업 A의 주식은 적정 가격이라고 판단할 수 있습니다. 왜냐하면 배당 수익률이 이자율보다 높기 때문에, 주주들은 배당 수익률이 더 높은 기업 A의 주식을 선호할 것이기 때문입니다.

배당평가모형은 투자자가 상품을 구매할 때 가격 대비 수익률을 고려하는 것과 유사합니다. 예를 들어, 두 개의 상품 A와 B가 있을 때, 상품 A는 가격이 비싸지만 수익률이 높고, 상품 B는 가격이 싼 대신 수익률이 낮다면, 투자자는 상품 A를 선택할 것입니다.
