PER stands for Price-to-Earnings Ratio. The price-to-earnings ratio is calculated based on a company's stock price, which indicates how much its shares are trading for per share.

For example, if Company A's stock price is 50,000 won and the company's most recent annual net income was 500 billion won, the PER would be 10, meaning that Company A's stock is earning the equivalent of 10,000 won per share.

These price-earnings ratios help investors determine whether a company's stock price is overvalued or undervalued in the current environment.

For example, if Company A and Company B are both competing in the same industry and Company A's PER is 20 and Company B's PER is 10, you might think that Company B's stock is more undervalued.

However, PER does not take into account factors such as a company's growth and stability, so it should be analyzed in conjunction with other metrics.
