MEMS 마이크로폰(Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems Microphone)은 소형 마이크로폰으로, 전기 및 기계적 구성 요소를 결합한 마이크로 스케일의 시스템을 사용합니다. 이러한 마이크로폰은 기존의 전통적인 마이크로폰에 비해 더 작고, 더 낮은 전력 소모를 가지며, 더 높은 신뢰성과 내구성을 제공합니다.
