IT필름이란?

1. 투명전도필름(TCF): 터치스크린 디스플레이와 태양전지에서 널리 사용되는 투명한 전도성 필름입니다. 주로 인디움 주석산화물(ITO)이 사용되며, 최근에는 실버나노와이어, 메탈그리드, 카본나노튜브 등 다양한 소재로 개발되고 있습니다.
2. 광학필름: 디스플레이 제품의 밝기, 명암비, 색상표현력 등을 개선하기 위해 사용되는 필름입니다. 광학필름에는 밝기향상필름(BEF), 확산필름(DF), 반사필름(RF) 등이 있습니다.
3. 절연필름: 전기 회로 간의 절연을 위해 사용되는 필름으로, 폴리이미드(PI), 폴리에테르이미드(PEI) 등의 고분자 소재로 만들어집니다. 반도체 패키징, 플렉서블 전자기기, 배터리 등에서 사용됩니다.
4. 기능성 필름: 전자기기의 특정 기능을 제공하거나 향상시키는 필름으로, 자외선 차단 필름, 소음 감소 필름, 방열 필름 등이 있습니다.

이 외에도 IT필름은 전자기기의 성능과 안정성을 높이기 위한 다양한 용도로 사용되며, 지속적인 기술 발전과 새로운 소재 개발로 더욱 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있습니다.

3. Insulation film: A film used for insulation between electrical circuits and is made of polymeric materials such as polyimide (PI) and polyetherimide (PEI). Used in semiconductor packaging, flexible electronics, batteries, etc.
4. Functional films: Films that provide or enhance specific functions of electronic devices, such as UV protection films, noise reduction films, and heat dissipation films.

In addition to these, IT films are used in a variety of other applications to increase the performance and reliability of electronic devices, and are being utilized in more diverse fields due to continuous technological advancements and the development of new materials.
